Making Breakfast Under 10 Minutes  


We do not eat breakfast because we do not have enough time. This is true especially for people who are always on the go. No matter the hectic schedule, we have to eat breakfast because after all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.


If we do not want our stomach to grumble at 10am, we have to whip breakfast. The good news is that we can make breakfast  under 10 minutes. The best part is that these breakfasts are healthy. Here are some suggestions that we can whip for breakfast under 10 minutes:

  • Spinach and mushroom egg scramble: If we do not have enough time to prepare breakfast, we can benefit from eggs. Scrambled eggs are easy to prepare and cook. We can also add more nutrients by including spinach and mushroom as topping. This will only take not more than 5 minutes.
  • Avocado and strawberry smoothies: If we do not have time to sit for a while, we can grab our cup filled with avocado and strawberry smoothies. We only need to load our blender with avocado and strawberries together with skimmed milk and vanilla yoghurt. This will only take no longer than5 minutes.


  • Cinnamon oatmeal: Oatmeal is easy to prepare. In fact, we can prepare it in just 6 minutes. To make our oatmeal appetising and interesting, we can add cinnamon, banana and strawberries. Let us not forget about the skimmed meal.
  • Baked eggs in tomato: In just 10 minutes, we can make baked eggs in tomato. Sounds intriguing, right? If we do not want traditional scrambled eggs with tomatoes, we can do away with that. We can slice the top of the tomato and dig the seeds then fill it with egg. We can bake it for 10 minutes at 220°C.

These breakfasts will surely satisfy us.
